A new move?

So as usual i'm shooting all game but this time i'm making my shots, so the defence got tighter to tighter until he's literally right on me begging me to drive by. so i decide to punish him and drive by, with no intention to layup since its dangerous for me now.

he was so close up, it wasn't as much a drive by as a walk-by. den i'm at the rim with no intention to layup so i fake a shot. to his credit, he stayed down. I stepped through anyway but there was no possible angle without jumping. In the old days, i would have stepped through aggressively to the other side of the rim and finished a reverse layup using my hang time. no way i'm doing that for the next 2 years at least. so i stepped through, he was there, and i turned one more time.

then it happened. without any hesitation, as though it was in slow mo, i did a sky hook. not a baby hook, or even a jump hook, but a true sky hook. my first ever. it went high and clean through the net without touching the rim at all. It was my first true sky hook and it was beautiful. Was it a fluke? Or is it the birth of a new move?
