Well being an NBA free agent was fun.
I suppose this is as close as what it feels like to be an NBA free agent, being in my last semester as a top student. Fielding calls everyday from companies and delaying them all; lost track of the number of times i've asked to delay the decision.
Some were pretty persistent too, phone calls and emails every week. I actually had to save the numbers of the ones i didn't want, and by saving i mean writing down the first 4 numbers, because they always call from a different line in the company when i don't pick up. After awhile I even started receiving whatapp messages; I think they wanted to check if i received the messages rofl
I won't deny that it was fun to be sought after though. Felt like a hot commodity.
But I am officially off the market.
Mobicart. My new home.
I knew it was the one from my first meeting with the CEO.
I've been there 2 times since and i couldn't be happier or more excited. The people are wonderful and the prospects are better than I could have imagined for my first gig out of college.
But it is really tough balancing school and work, especially when i'm gunning for first class which means i need nearly all As for my final sem, an impossible feat for normal people. And i'm working on top of that.
But i'm not normal.
Although it will definitely be a huge relieve to graduate and be able to focus on my work without any thoughts of having to rush my final year project deadline, or prepare for a test/assignment.
I seriously can't wait to start full time and devote 100% of my energies to Mobicart.
I AM SO READY!!!
