Haters

How to recognize when your friends who used to be your supporters have become haters

It can be a sad moment when your supporters become haters. But if you recognize it early, you can channel that jealousy from your friends into more zest for yourself instead of feeling all confused.

This strange phenomenon only happens to one kind of friend: He doesn't want you to be the star; but he doesn't want to be the star either.

Lol, you say; who doesn't want to be the star. Well, saying you wanna be the star ain't really wanting to be the star. Passion is shown in your actions; not what comes out of your mouth. I wanted to be the star; and i worked hard to be the star. So now i'm the star; and my friend who watched me flourish can't handle it.

When that happens, go get some hater blockers.

If you recognize this phenomenon, don't blame your friend; he can't help it, he's only human. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't punish him for being such a sucky friend. Realize the jealousy thats oozing out of his every pore. Work even harder; become even better. Make him so jealous he can't take it anymore.

Cos thats what winners do.

And don't change your game, no matter what. It's gotten you this far.

Take me for instance. I jack up maybe 10, 20 shots a game in a first to 11 game. Yes, thats alot of shots. Yes, i get blocked sometimes. Yes, i turn the ball over occasionally. Yes, i even miss more than i make.

But i score more than half of those 11 points. Statistically speaking, it isn't very impressive. But here's the secret; people don't remember misses; people only remember makes. And if you're doing 5-6 out of 11, giving out 3-4 assists, grabbing 3-4 rebounds every game, trust me; you are being seen as a star on the court. So keep jacking up those shots, cos unless you suck shit (in which you shouldnt even be trying to be a star in the first place... get down to the court and practice by urself), you're gonna score at least half the points.

Here's some perspective for you; kobe bryant is probably the best player in the nba. His career fg is 45%; which means he makes 45% of his shots. To score 6 out of 11, he's gonna take 13 to 14 shots in that 11 point game.
