People

There are four kinds of people in this world. As an employer, you have to be a good judge of which type your employees or even partners are. If you put your faith in a rotten egg, its going to stink up your whole basket.

People will say everyone deserves a chance. There is one breed that does not.

1) Talentless and Lazy.
The first breed. When you encounter one, ditch em asap as they will contribute nothing and even worse, be a burden on you and the rest of your company.

2) Talented but Lazy.
This is the second worst breed. These people are born with a natural talent, be it in a natural cunning to thrive in the finance sector, or a knack for mathematics you somehow find that you can't match no matter what. However, they are lazy, and as such unreliable. They are capable of so much, but potential is nothing without effort.

3) Talentless but Hardworking.
This is the second best breed. Always snap these people up because lets face it, the top breed is a rarity. With this breed of people, you get what you see, and they are extremely reliable because they give their best all the time. Perhaps others might disagree with me, but i value effort above all else. If you can show me the effort, I will show you my faith, and in return I will give you my effort to make up for your lack of talent.
Why?
Because you are worth it.

4) Talented AND Hardworking.
Me.
Lol but seriously, if you're in this breed, consider yourself extremely fortunate and never ever let go of the gas pedal because if you do, you plummet not one rank, but two into the Talented but Lazy sector. Everyone in this sector, rare and few as they are, are born winners and will succeed in ANYTHING they set out to do. I do not exaggerate in this case. If you are talented and pour your effort into your work, there is 0% chance for failure.
Why?
Because of our lifetime.
