Barrier smashed

The inspiration did it.

I smashed through that barrier.

For the past two weeks, I have been attempting the first step of 2D to 3D conversion with the Google Glass, attempt after attempt to no avail.

My mood was getting poorer and poorer; I was close to giving up. I read countless papers and tried countless different methods but they just do not work with the Google Glass.

For two weeks i failed.

On Monday I was inspired. I didn't sleep. All the way till Tuesday 3am i worked nonstop. Error after error with my code. Problem after problem. Issue after issue. I solved them one by one.

I did it. I smashed through the barrier. I developed a smart facial feature tracking algorithm that could be the first crucial step for 2D to 3D conversion with the GG.

I can't be sure yet until i have the final product sitting on my lap. It was extremely difficult, not knowing if what I was doing was even going to help the big picture; it didnt help that developing the smart tracking algorithm was possibly the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Its insane, developing something groundbreaking. No theories to go on, nobody to teach you what to do. No way of knowing if what you're trying is going to work. I never had this kind of experience in school before. Everything was easy. If i didn't know something i emailed my professors. There's nobody to email this time.

I was close to giving up on Monday. Two weeks of failure.

I did it.

The road is open again. I have smashed through the barrier.

The sky is the limit when you have the deadly combination of perseverance and intelligence.

I FEEL GOOD!
